Hi again! I'm Simon

I’ve driven over $30M+ in revenue in the past 8 years.

I’ve spent my career working at venture backed B2C high growth startups either working on growth teams or leading them.

Over that time, I’ve learned a ton and made even more mistakes. From cutting my teeth in the early(ish) days of Facebook ads (pre-stories!), to testing every channel under the sun (Out-of-Home really stuck with me) all the while consistently delivering growth month over month, quarter over quarter and year over year.


I’ve been fortunate enough to have some of my work featured in a few different places.


I got my start in the world of online marketing when I was 13. I started a fan site about the show House MD that I monetized via ads (RIP Adbrite) and affiliate marketing selling tshirts. I ran the site for about 5 years while also re-selling phone cases on eBay. A lifelong love of online marketing was born!


After spending the first half of 2022 living the digital nomad life, I came back inspired by the people I met who were building their lives and their businesses on their own terms.


This new found inspiration combined with a lifelong desire to one day start my own business, came together in July 2022 when I decided to take the leap and start George St Growth.

I now spend my time working with B2C Seed to Series A businesses helping them grow as a Fractional Head of Growth, media buyer or advisor, and soon, making digital products.

But who am I?

As much as I love what I do (and I really do!), I also enjoy time away from the world of funnels, conversion rates, CPAs and CPMs.

I can typically be found either on my bike or in the pool playing with my water polo club (a lifelong passion of 17 years and counting), the Toronto Triggerfish.

I’m based in Toronto, Canada 🇨🇦 but try to get away each year for a few months during the winter, usually to South America.
